Dungeon of Stonefang
Background
This project was made for an assignment that involved following a game design script to create a turn-based roguelike dungeon crawler.
The gameplay involves an adventurer delving into the Dungeon of Stonefang and fighting through bats, slimes and goblins with the objective of finding the Talisman of Boletaria. Upon finding it the adventurer must return back to the surface, fighting any monsters they may have skipped while being pursued by Dorian who was awakened upon taking the talisman.
Key Features
- Three different level generation algorithms:
- Simple Random Walk
- Corridor First
- Room First
- Object pooling
- All data from each floor is saved (enemies' positions, chest contents, etc)
- Different abilities based on the currently equipped weapon
- Inventory and Stat system

WASD - Movement
Left click - Pick-up / Drop / Use ability
Right click - Equip / Unequip / Use consumable
